Common use of Treasurer Clause in Contracts

Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have custody of the Company funds and securities and shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books of the Company to be maintained for such purpose; shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company in depositories designated by the Manager or the Board; and shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Manager or the Board.

Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have has custody of the Company Company’s funds and securities and shall will keep or cause to be kept full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books of belonging to the Company to be maintained for such purpose; shall and will deposit all moneys and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Manager or the Board; and shall Board of Managers. The Treasurer will further disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Manager or Board of Managers, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and will render to the BoardPresident and the Board of Managers, when the Board of Managers so requires, an account of all transactions performed by the Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Company.

Treasurer. He shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Manager Managers, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and shall render to the president and Managers at certain meetings of the Managers or whenever they may require it, an account of all his transactions as treasurer and of the Boardfinancial condition of the Company.

The Treasurer shall have the custody of the Company corporate funds and securities and shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books of belonging to the Company to be maintained for such purpose; Corporation and shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company Corporation in such depositories as may be designated by the Manager or the Board; and shall disburse the funds Board of the Company as may be ordered by the Manager or the BoardDirectors.

The Treasurer shall (i) have custody of the Company Corporation’s funds and securities and shall securities, (ii) keep or cause to be kept full and accurate accounts account of receipts and disbursements in books of the Company to be maintained for such purpose; shall disbursements, (iii) deposit all moneys monies and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company Corporation in such depository or depositories as may be designated by the Manager or the Board; Board of Directors and shall disburse the funds of the Company (iv) perform such other duties as may be ordered prescribed by the Manager Board of Directors or the BoardChief Executive Officer.

The Treasurer shall have custody charge of the Company funds and securities and of the Company, shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursements in books of the Company in books belonging to be maintained for such purpose; the Company, and shall deposit all moneys monies and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Manager or the Board; and . The Treasurer shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered directed by the Manager or Board, and shall render to the Board, whenever it may require, an account of all transactions as Treasurer and an account of the business and financial position of the Company.

The Treasurer shall have the custody of all monies and securities of the Company funds and securities and shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books of the Company to be maintained for such purpose; shall deposit all moneys and other valuable effects of the Company same in the name and to the credit of the Company and shall keep a full and accurate account of the receipts and disbursements in depositories designated by books belonging to the Manager or the Board; Company and shall disburse the funds of the Company by check or other warrant. He shall render such reports to the President and Board of Directors as may be ordered required of him and shall perform such other duties as may be incident to this office, or may be required of him from time to time by the Manager or the BoardBoard of Directors.

The Treasurer shall deposit or cause to be maintained for such purpose; shall deposit deposited all moneys and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Manager Member or the Board; and shall disburse the funds by any officer of the Company as may be ordered to whom such authority has been granted by the Manager or the BoardMember.

Subject to the authority of receipts the Board of Directors and disbursements in books the President, the Treasurer shall manage and oversee all monetary assets of the Company to be maintained for such purpose; shall deposit all moneys including cash, short-term investments and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company in depositories designated by the Manager or the Board; and shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Manager or the Boardmoney market funds.

The Treasurer shall have custody of the Company funds and securities and shall keep have responsibility for keeping or cause causing to be kept full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books of the Company to be maintained for such purpose; shall deposit depositing all moneys and other valuable effects of the Company in the name and to the credit of the Company in depositories designated by the Manager or the BoardCEO; and shall disburse disbursing the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Manager or the BoardCEO.
