Assistant Treasurers Sample Clauses

Assistant Treasurers. At the request of the Treasurer or in his absence or disability, the Assistant Treasurer designated by him (or in the absence of such designation, the Assistant Treasurer designated by the Board of Managers or the Chairman of the Board or the President) shall perform all the duties of the Treasurer, and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon the Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurers shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to them respectively by the Board of Managers, the Chairman of the Board, the President or the Treasurer.
Assistant Treasurers. Assistant Treasurers, if there are any, shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Member, the President, any Vice President, if there are any appointed, or the Treasurer, and in the absence of the Treasurer or in the event of his disability or refusal to act, shall perform the duties of the Treasurer, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Treasurer. If required by the Member, an Assistant Treasurer shall give the Company a bond in such sum and with such surety or sureties as shall be satisfactory to the Member for the faithful performance of the duties of his office and for the restoration to the Company, in case of his death, resignation, retirement or removal from office, of all books, papers, vouchers, money and other property of whatever kind in his possession or under his control belonging to the Company.
Assistant Treasurers. Each Assistant Treasurer shall have the usual powers and duties pertaining to his office, together with such other powers and duties as designated in these bylaws and as from time to time may be assigned to him by the chief executive officer or the Board of Directors. The Assistant Treasurers shall exercise the powers of the Treasurer during that officer's absence or inability or refusal to act.
Assistant Treasurers. The Assistant Treasurer, if any, or, if there be more than one, the Assistant Treasurers in the order determined by the Directors or by the President, shall in the absence or disability of the Treasurer exercise the powers and perform the duties of the Treasurer, and he or they shall perform such other duties as the Directors, the President or the Treasurer may from time to time prescribe.
Assistant Treasurers. The Assistant Treasurers will, in the absence or disability of the Treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer and will perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Managers may from time to time prescribe.
Assistant Treasurers. Assistant Treasurers of the Corporation ("Assistant Treasurers"), if any, in order of their seniority or in any other order determined by the Board, shall generally assist the Treasurer and perform such other duties as the Board or the Treasurer shall prescribe, and, in the absence or disability of the Treasurer, shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Treasurer.
Assistant Treasurers. In the absence or disability of the Treasurer, any Assistant Treasurer designated by the Trustees shall perform all the duties, and may exercise any of the powers, of the Treasurer. Each Assistant Treasurer shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to such Assistant Treasurer by the Trustees. Each Assistant Treasurer performing the duties and exercising the powers of the Treasurer, if any, shall give a bond for the faithful discharge of his or her duties, if required so to do by the Trustees, in such sum and with such surety or sureties as the Trustees shall require.
Assistant Treasurers. The Board of Directors may appoint one or more assistant treasurers who shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or the treasurer. The Board of Directors may require an assistant treasurer to give a bond to the corporation in such sum and with such security as it may approve, for the faithful performance of the duties of assistant treasurer, and for restoration to the corporation, in the event of the assistant treasurer's death, resignation, retirement or removal from office, of all books, records, papers, vouchers, money and other property in the assistant treasurer's custody or control and belonging to the corporation. The expense of such bond shall be borne by the corporation.
Assistant Treasurers. Except as may be otherwise provided in these Bylaws, Assistant Treasurers, if there be any, shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Board of Directors, the President, or the Treasurer, and shall have the authority to perform all functions of the Treasurer, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Treasurer.
