Other Powers and Duties. Subject to this Agreement, each officer of the Company shall have in addition to the duties and powers specifically set forth in this Agreement, such duties and powers as are customarily incident to his or her office, and such duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Managing Member or the President.
