Officer of the Trust definition

Officer of the Trust means a person appointed as an officer of the Trust pursuant to Article 4 hereof;
Officer of the Trust means any President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Secretary of Assistant Secretary of the Trust.
