Appropriate Officer definition

Appropriate Officer means the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Treasurer or Secretary of the Company, any Assistant Treasurer or any Assistant Secretary of the Company, any Executive or Senior Vice President or any Vice President (whether or not designated by a number or numbers or word or words added before or after the title “Vice President”) of the Company or such other director or officer of the Company as approved by the Board to perform the services of an “Appropriate Officer” hereunder.
Appropriate Officer means the individual with whom a candidate, candidate committee, political committee, small donor committee, or issue committee must file pursuant to section 1-45-109 (1), C.R.S., or any successor section.
Appropriate Officer has the meaning specified in Section 3(c) hereof.

  • Each such signature upon the Global Warrant Certificates may be in the form of a facsimile signature of any such Appropriate Officer and may be imprinted or otherwise reproduced on the Global Warrant Certificates and for that purpose the Company may adopt and use the facsimile signature of any Appropriate Officer.
