Transport and Insurance. Supplier shall replace at its own expense (including delivery) all defective or unmerchantable goods delivered to Distributor, together with freight charges incurred to deliver replacement goods. At all times during this Agreement, Supplier shall maintain commercial general liability coverage, endorsed for products and completed operations, advertising risk and product liability coverage with policy limits not less than Five (5) Million Dollars, covering any claim for loss, damage, injury arising from manufacture, processing, sale or delivery of the goods in the Territory, naming Distributor as additional insured in a certificate providing coverage may be terminated or materially modified or reduced only upon Thirty (30) days' written notice to the additional insured. Supplier shall protect, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Distributor from the claim, loss, damage or injury (including advertising injury) of any third party in any action or proceeding brought against Distributor and which arises from Supplier's defective manufacture or processing of Supplier's goods, including Distributor's reasonable attorneys' fees, and Distributor shall reserve the right to designate its counsel to defend any such claim at Supplier's sole cost and expense.
Transport and Insurance. 8.01 The Supplier shall choose a reputable transport company, that shall have been previously approved by the Buyer, as the carrier for the international transportation of the PV Modules from PRC to the Port of destination. The Parties agree that Buyer shall hire that same carrier for the unloading of the PV modules at Port of Destination, their subsequent transportation and delivery at the Project Site. The costs of the transportation of the PV Modules from PRC to the Port of Destination shall be borne by supplier, whereas the costs of unloading and transportation until Project Site shall be borne by Buyer.
Transport and Insurance. 5.1 Delivery shall be made 'carriage paid' by and at the cost of the Contractor. For special requests (export), the Customer shall bear the cost of the special delivery. In the event of non-release of a cost estimate, the Customer shall bear the cost of transport.
Transport and Insurance. The Seller shall be notified of special requirements regarding transport and insurance at the latest 30 (thirty) days before the Goods leave its Premises. Complains regarding transport shall upon receipt of the Goods or of the shipping documents be submitted within 48 (forty-eight) hours by the Buyer to the last carrier. In any event, the Seller shall bear no liability as a result of transport.

Bidders shall submit their Bid according to the international rules established by the International Chamber of Commerce for the interpretation of commercial terms used for international trade (Incoterms). The Bids shall preferably be requested on the basis of CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid to a named place of destination) for Goods. The Contract content shall be insured to an appropriate and customary extent against risks that may arise during transport and the implementation of the project. Its replacement or recovery by means of the insurance must be possible. The insurance policies should be established in the currency of the relevant Contract.

Should any or all contaminant level(s) in the Material be over the set limits, ABC has the right to refuse the Material, or apply Penalty Rates. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis

Transport and Insurance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company all transport and Insurance of the Goods shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer The Company may (at the cost and expense of the Customer) arrange insurance or transport of any of the Goods only if requested in writing by the Customer to do so.
Transport and Insurance. 5. Transport of the Goods must be arranged by the Customer at its cost. At the Customer’s written request the Seller may arrange transport at the Customer’s cost to the Customer’s specified destination.
