Additional Insured definition

Additional Insured is defined in Section D of Annex D to the Lease.

Additional Insured status shall be granted to “County of Ulster, P.O. Box 1800, Kingston, New York, 12402-1800”, shown on the Commercial General Liability policy, further stating that this insurance shall be primary and non-contributory with any other valid and collectable insurance.

Additional Insured means Lessor, in its individual capacity and as owner of the Aircraft, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Participant, the Pass Through Trustee, the Liquidity Provider, the Policy Provider, Lessee in its capacity as sublessor under any Sublease, and each of their respective Affiliates, successors and permitted assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing.

Examples of Additional Insured in a sentence

• Additional Insured Endorsements on the Commercial General Liability shall be written on ISO Form CG 20 10 07 04, or equivalent, with respect to liability arising out of ongoing operations and ISO Form CG 20 37 07 04, or equivalent, with respect to liability arising out of completed operations.

• Additional Insured Endorsements shall be submitted with the Certificate(s) of Insurance and must be acceptable to the Recipient.

• The liability insurance coverages, except Professional Liability or Workers' Compensation/ Employer's Liability, if included, must include the "State of Oregon, the Oregon Transportation Commission and the Department of Transportation, and their respective officers, members, agents and employees" as an endorsed Additional Insured but only with respect to the Recipient's activities to be performed under this Agreement.

• The coverage may include restrictive endorsements which exclude coverage for liability arising out of: Mold, fungus, or bacteria Terrorism Sexual molestation The TOWN and the TOWN’s members, officials, officers and employees shall be included as “Additional Insureds” on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of ISO Form CG 20 10 (Additional Insured – Owners, Lessees, or Contractors – Scheduled Person or Organization Endorsement).

• The liability insurance coverages, except Professional Liability or Workers' Compensation/ Employer's Liability, if included, must include the "State of Oregon, the Oregon Transportation Commission and the Department of Transportation, and their respective officers, members, agents and employees" as an endorsed Additional Insured but only with respect to the contractor's activities to be performed under the Subagreement.

More Definitions of Additional Insured

Additional Insured means a party added as an insured party entitled to benefit from a current comprehensive general liability insurance police held by the Contractor and as further defined in such policy;

Additional Insured means the Indenture Trustee, the Pass Through Trustees, the Liquidity Providers, the Policy Provider, Owner in its capacity as lessor under any Lease, and each of their respective Affiliates, successors and permitted assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing.

Additional Insured is defined in Section C(i) of Annex B.

Additional Insured means a party added as an insured party entitled to benefit from a current comprehensive general liability insurance policy held by the Developer and as further defined in such policy;

Additional Insured means an endorsement to an insurance policy extending the coverage to the State of New Jersey against loss in accordance with the terms of the policy. Designating the State as an additional insured permits the Department to pay the premium should the insured fail to do so. Annex (es) means the attachment(s) to this document containing programmatic and financial information. Consumer means an individual receiving services from or funded in whole or in part by DHS or one of its departmental components. Contract means this document, the Annex (es), any additional appendices or attachments (including any approved assignments, subcontracts or modifications) and all supporting documents. The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

Additional Insured means any person or entity specifically endorsed onto this Policy as an “additional insured”, if any. Such “additional insured” shall maintain only those rights that are specified by endorsement to this Policy.
