Additional Insured definition

Additional Insured is defined in Section D of Annex D to the Lease.

Additional Insured means Lessor, in its individual capacity and as owner of the Aircraft, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Participant, the Pass Through Trustee, the Liquidity Provider, the Policy Provider, Lessee in its capacity as sublessor under any Sublease, and each of their respective Affiliates, successors and permitted assigns, and the respective directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing.

Examples of Additional Insured in a sentence

  • Additional Insured Endorsements on the Commercial General Liability shall be written on ISO Form CG 20 10 07 04, or equivalent, with respect to liability arising out of ongoing operations and ISO Form CG 20 37 07 04, or equivalent, with respect to liability arising out of completed operations.

Additional Insured means a party added as an insured party entitled to benefit from a current comprehensive general liability insurance policy held by the Developer and as further defined in such policy;
Additional Insured means an endorsement to an insurance policy extending the coverage to the State of New Jersey against loss in accordance with the terms of the policy. Designating the State as an additional insured permits the Department to pay the premium should the insured fail to do so. Annex (es) means the attachment(s) to this document containing programmatic and financial information. Consumer means an individual receiving services from or funded in whole or in part by DHS or one of its departmental components. Contract means this document, the Annex (es), any additional appendices or attachments (including any approved assignments, subcontracts or modifications) and all supporting documents. The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
Additional Insured means any person or entity specifically endorsed onto this Policy as an “additional insured”, if any. Such “additional insured” shall maintain only those rights that are specified by endorsement to this Policy.
