Technical Monitoring a. Any changes to the Scope of Work or timeline for the project requires the prior written approval of the CARB Project Liaison, and, depending on the scope and extent of the changes, may require a written Grant Agreement Amendment.

In addition to Progress Reports (discussed in Section IX Reporting), the Grantee shall provide information requested by the Project Liaison that is needed to assess progress in completing tasks and meeting the objectives of the project. Any change in budget allocations, re-definition of deliverables, or extension of the project schedule must be requested in writing to the CARB Project Liaison and approved by CARB, in its sole discretion, and may require a grant amendment.
