Data Traffic definition

Data Traffic means any data traffic originating from a host or Server to the services being accessed in a different location;
Data Traffic means any data traffic originating from a host or Server to the Internet and packets originating from the Internet to a host or Server;
Data Traffic means any data traffic originating from the Server to the Internet and packets originating from the Internet to the Server;

Examples of Data Traffic in a sentence

  • Customer shall not be entitled to receive any compensation or restitution in the event the Utilized Data Traffic or Utilized Bandwidth falls below the Committed Data Traffic or Committed Bandwidth respectively, nor is Customer entitled to transfer any unused parts of the Committed Data Traffic or Committed Bandwidth to another month or to Dedicated Equipment/Instances other than for which the Committed Data Traffic or Committed Bandwidth applies.

  • The maximum Data Traffic allocation for IP Connectivity shall be as set forth in the Contract Overview.

  • Extra Data Traffic and Extra Bandwidth will be charged to Customer in accordance with the ‘surcharge rate’ specified in the Contract Overview, or in the absence thereof, in accordance with Leaseweb’s standard rates.

  • Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions set forth above in Clause 4.1, Customer shall not be entitled to switch between Data Traffic and/or Bandwidth, unless such switch has been accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Leaseweb.

  • Customer acknowledges that any Data Traffic in excess thereof will be subject to additional Service Fee on a Measured Fee basis in accordance with Chapter B.

  • Utilized Data Traffic shall (for the purpose of determining the Service Fee) be rounded up to the full GB upwards.

  • MEASURED FEELeaseweb will invoice Customer a fixed Service Fee for the Committed Data Traffic and a separate Service Fee forExtra Data Traffic (if any).Leaseweb will invoice Customer a fixed Service Fee for the Committed Bandwidth Data and a separate Service Fee forExtra Bandwidth (if any).

  • Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions set forth above in Clause 19.1, Customer shall not be entitled to switch between Data Traffic and/or Bandwidth, unless such switch has been accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Leaseweb.

  • Customer’s use of IP Connectivity is deemed to be inconsistent, if Customer’s use thereof results in irregular Bandwidth or Data Traffic usage patterns, either on a per server basis or as part of a group of Customer’s servers/Instances.

  • For Cloud Services, unless otherwise agreed, Utilized Data Traffic shall be based on Outbond Traffic only.


More Definitions of Data Traffic

Data Traffic means any data traffic originating from the Virtual Server to the Internet and from the Internet to the Virtual Server;
Data Traffic means internet protocol (“IP”), non-voice traffic that is exchanged between the Parties through the use of the public internet subject to IP Peering arrangements.

Related to Data Traffic

  • InterLATA Traffic describes Telecommunications between a point located in a Local Access and Transport Area ("LATA") and a point located outside such area.

  • InterMTA Traffic means traffic that, at the beginning of the call, originates on Telco’s network in one MTA and terminates on Carrier’s network in another MTA.

  • VNXX Traffic is all traffic originated by a Party’s End User Customer and dialed with a local dialing pattern that is not terminated to the other Party’s End User Customer physically located within the same CenturyLink Local Calling Area (as approved by the state Commission) as the originating caller, regardless of the NPA-NXX dialed. VNXX does not include originating 8XX traffic.

  • IntraLATA Toll Traffic means the IntraLATA traffic, regardless of the transport protocol method, between two locations within one LATA where one of the locations lies outside of the mandatory local calling area as defined by the Commission.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB) means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Data Terms Website means hxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/assetservicing/vendoragreement.pdf or any successor website the address of which is provided by the Custodian to the Fund.

  • Transit Traffic MOUs means all Transit Traffic minutes of use to be billed at the Transit Traffic rate by AT&T-TSP.

  • Local Traffic means traffic (excluding Commercial Mobile Radio Service “CMRS” traffic) that is originated and terminated within Embarq’s local calling area, or mandatory extended area service (EAS) area, as defined by the Commission or, if not defined by the Commission, then as defined in existing Embarq Tariffs. For this purpose, Local Traffic does not include any ISP-Bound Traffic.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.

  • Sex trafficking means the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act.

  • Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike. For this purpose, near-term means the time scale required to grow a mature forest. (See board manual section 2 for descriptions and illustrations of CMZs and delineation guidelines.)

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.
