If the Customer has not agreed to Committed Bandwidth or Committed Data Traffic, then for the purpose of interpreting this clause 15.2 only, the Committed Bandwidth or Committed Data Traffic (as applicable) shall be deemed the lowest value of the Committed Bandwidth or Committed Data Traffic offered by Leaseweb for the respective Service.
If a Customer’s Shield CDN Data Traffic exceeds 5% of the Monthly Committed Data Traffic, Leaseweb may (i) limit Customer’s Leaseweb Shield CDN Traffic, (ii) purge the cache on Leaseweb Shield CDN AND/or (iii) disable Customer’s Leaseweb Shield CDN setup to prevent disruption of other Customers’ Multi-CDN Services.

Leaseweb reserves the right to limit the amount of Leaseweb Shield CDN Data Traffic passed through the Leaseweb Shield CDN to ensure the stability and reliability of our Network.
FEES - Verification Phase Maximum Data Traffic Volume - Ten (10) Terabytes per month.
If no (periodic) maximum amount with respect to Data Traffic has been concluded by the Parties in the Agreement, a fair use policy applies.
Leaseweb reserves the right to charge Customer an additional Fee per 10.000 HTTP/HTTPS requests for Data Traffic with an average object of less than a 32KB.
Verizon will exercise reasonable diligence in assessing known or suspected security and confidentiality breaches once it learns of such incidents and assessing whether such incidents have involved Data Traffic.
Verizon shall protect the confidentiality of Data Traffic while in transit on Verizon’s network, stored on Verizon’s internal business systems, and/or shared with Verizon Affiliates, in each case using a reasonable degree of care.
The Client acknowledges and accepts that distributing Content has consequences for the maximum amount of Data Traffic as mentioned in article 4 and that it is responsible for informing the Users about the consequences of making available this Content, as well as distribution options such as the possibility of (non-)availability of an option to download Content and include an expiry date of the Content.
