Registered Users definition

Registered Users means a person or persons who are registered as a user or users using the Software. The Customer may not register, as the Registered Users, more persons than the number approved by Cybozu under The License. If the Customer purchases additional User License(s), the Customer may register additional Registered User(s) up to the number of User License(s) purchased. The Customer only register persons as the system administrator from the members of the Customer. However, only in the case of delegation of system administration, the Customer may register assigned member as the system administrator. .

Registered Users means Your or Your Affiliated Network’s respective employees, consultants, contractors and agents who will interact with the Software Services directly or indirectly on Your behalf, who are authorized by You to access and use the Software Services, and, where required, to whom a unique user ID and password has been supplied.

Registered Users means the personnel of your organisation that access and use the Services (and the total number of which is specified by you at the time of ordering the Services).
