Teaching Activities. 1.1 乙方須準時授課,勿遲到早退,且不得未經同意調課或代課 (於鈴響5分鐘內未進入教室為遲到,遲到逾10分鐘須擇期補課)。除緊急或不可預知事件外,乙方須經甲方或丙方事先同意,始得請假。 Party B shall give classes on time. Tardiness or undertime is prohibited. No switching class or substitute teacher is allowed without permission (entry to classroom after 5 minutes from the bell ring shall be deemed as tardiness, and classes shall be rescheduled for tardiness exceeding 10 minutes). Except for emergency or unpredictable events, Party B shall apply for Party A’s or Party C’s approval prior to taking a leave.

Teaching Activities. Residents are required to prepare and present an ACPE/CME accredited continuing education program to health professional at a Xxxxxxxxx conference. The topic will be selected by the resident with guidance from at least one residency preceptor. The presentation should be approximately 50 minutes in length with 10 minutes to review assessment questions, must meet all ACPE requirements and will consist of a PowerPoint presentation. Residents will serve as a liaison to other departments within the health-system to provide education on pharmacy services, initiatives or drug information when appropriate. Each learning experience may have teaching responsibilities as designated by the preceptor at the beginning of the experience. Examples include: providing in-services to medical staff, participation in patient education programs, developing education materials for other departments and co- precepting pharmacy students on IPPE or APPE rotations. The resident should take an active role in seeking opportunities to participate in teaching activities. Residents shall also actively attend scheduled preceptor development sessions.

Teaching Activities. 1.1 甲方應控管授課班級學生人數每班至多42人。乙方需準時授課,不得遲到早退,且不得未經同意調代課。若乙方上課遲到5分鐘內,則依乙方每日平均時薪扣款,超過5分鐘後,每5分鐘依乙方每日平均時薪扣款,並以該日薪為上限。乙方如為蓄意行為,經甲方主管單位同意,依據遲到後每隔5分鐘扣減新臺幣100元計算之。除緊急或不可預知事件外,乙方須經甲方事先同意,方可請假。 The number of students in each class to be taught by Employee shall be limited to forty-two (42) students at the most. Employee is required to be on time for classes without being late or finishing early, nor can he/she change the original teaching schedule, substitute, or to be substituted by another teacher without obtaining prior approval from Employer. (If Employee is late for class within 5 minutes, a sum of NT$100 will be deducted from Employee’s salary; if he/she is late after 5 minutes, the sum of NT$100 will be deducted for each late minute, the maximum deduction is up to one daily pay).If Employee did not exhibit tardy on purpose, through Employer’s approval, portion of daily salary will still be deducted. Apart from emergency and force majeure caused events, Employee must obtain Employer’s approval before any leaves.
