T ransportation. All transportation needs of student receiving educational services under this Agreement will be the responsibility of the family of the student.

T ransportation. The Contractor shall transport its employees from the parking area to their work locations. The Contractor shall only park vehicles at the work locations if given permission by the University’s Representative. The Contractor will be required to acquire a “Vendor Parking Pass” from the University’s Parking and Transportation services for each vehicle used in the execution of this contract. Employees may purchase parking passes for personal vehicles. However, parking shall be restricted to locations approved by the University’s Representative. A list of all permitted vehicles must be provided to the University’s Representative.

Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Transport 6.1.1 BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rules 51.311, 51.319, and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act to interoffice transmission facilities described in this Section 6 on an unbundled basis to EZ Phone for the provision of a qualifying service, as set forth herein.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of 2400 - 0600 hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of forty cents (40 cents) per kilometre (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare. Where the Hospital requires the employee to travel between sites, the Hospital will pay for transportation costs of forty (40) cents per kilometre unless the Hospital provides transportation between sites.

  • Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.
