Suspension of Seniority Sample Clauses

Suspension of Seniority. Seniority shall be retained, but shall not continue to accrue during (1) authorized sick leave or disability leave in excess of ninety (90) calendar days; (2) educational leave requested by the employee; (3) military leave for disciplinary reasons; (4) election to a fulltime paid Union office up to one (1) year, renewable upon application; and (5) other authorized leaves of absence of up to ninety (90) calendar days.
