Standard Installation Services. ART shall provide all requisite engineering services, as well as all of the labor and materials (including mounting hardware and cabling) required to install the Transmission Facilities specified in an Installation Order in accordance with the installation specifications provided in Exhibit B hereto (the "Installation Specifications"), which may be amended from time to time by agreement of the parties to comply with any changes to the Prime Contract, standard industry practices, manufacturer recommendations, and the Rules and policies of the FCC and any state regulatory authority with competent jurisdiction (a "Standard Installation"). In addition, at the conclusion of each installation, ART shall perform such tests as may be reasonably required by TCG and or BizTel to ensure that said installations have been completed in accordance with the Installation Specifications. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Paragraph 2.3 to the contrary, all transmission equipment (including transmitters, antennas and other electronics) required for any Installation shall be provided as set forth in the Installation Order. In the event the Installation Order specifies ART as the provider of the transmission equipment, title to such equipment shall be transferred by ART concurrently with the delivery of the Installation Completion Report pursuant to a xxxx of sale and such other documents as are reasonably necessary to accomplish such transfer. In connection with the transfer of title to such equipment, ART shall assign to TCG, to the extent reasonably possible, any rights of ART to manufacturer's warranties relating to the equipment. From and after the date of ART's delivery of the Installation Completion Report, TCG shall bear the entire risk of loss, theft, destruction or damage of the equipment or any portion of it from any cause whatsoever for the equipment covered by such Report. The total or partial destruction of any equipment or the total or partial loss of use or possession by TCG shall not release or relieve TCG from the duty to pay the charges provided herein.
Standard Installation Services. The above installation services prices assume the following: a non-penetrating mount; the use of 100 feet of RG6 coaxial cable and the connector hardware included in the standard installation kit; Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm installations (except holidays); and the absence of any permits, site surveys and engineering drawings or similar requirements. Customer agrees that any installation terms other than those assumed in the standard installation services shall be priced separately including as follows: Installation Extras Cabling in excess of 100' $0.90/foot (material and labor) Wall mount in place of a non-penetrating roof mount $100 additional Install exposed PVC conduft on roofs $3.00/foot (material and labor)

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • Standard Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below): (a) subject to limitations imposed by Law, customary heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) in season during Building HVAC Hours, stubbed to the Premises; (b) electricity supplied by the applicable public utility, stubbed to the Premises; (c) water supplied by the applicable public utility (i) for use in lavatories and any drinking facilities located in Common Areas within the Building, and (ii) stubbed to the Building core for use in any plumbing fixtures located in the Premises; (d) janitorial services to the Premises, except on weekends and Holidays; (c) elevator service (subject to scheduling by Landlord, and payment of Landlord’s standard usage fee, for any freight service); and (f) access to the Building for Tenant and its employees, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, subject to the terms hereof and such security or monitoring systems as Landlord may reasonably impose, including sign-in procedures and/or presentation of identification cards.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION Delivery

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Building Systems The term “Building Systems” shall mean collectively the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, sprinkler, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, security, life safety, elevator and other service systems or facilities of the Building and the finished ceiling and Building standard lighting fixtures in the Leased Premises, that are excluding any Premises Fixtures.
