Shipping and Title. Delivery is FOB Impinj’s facilities (currently in Orange County, CA) (the “Delivery Point”). Title to, and risk of loss of, the Products shall pass to Alien upon delivery by Impinj to Alien’s designated carrier at the Delivery Point.

Novo Nordisk Delivery Technologies, Inc. shall ship Batches to Aradigm as soon as practicable after such Batches are released by Aradigm pursuant to the Quality Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties. Packaged Dosage Forms containing controlled substances shall be shipped as soon as practicable. Aradigm will use Diligent Efforts to release all Batches within six (6) weeks of the receipt of deliverables specified in Section 5.1 above. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, all shipments shall be shipped FCA (Incoterms, 2000) the Facility at Aradigm’s expense, and Aradigm shall bear all risk of loss or damage after the Batch of Packaged Device and/or Packaged Dosage Form is shipped from the Facility. Novo Nordisk Delivery Technologies, Inc. will package all Packaged Dosage Forms in accordance with the Specifications. Title to all API shall at all times remain with Aradigm. Title to all Packaged Dosage Forms and Packaged Devices shall in each case transfer to Aradigm upon shipment of such Packaged Dosage Forms and Packaged Device from the Facility.
Shipping and Title. Reseller shall bear any shipping and handling fees for delivery of tangible versions of Licensed Products, which shall be shipped FOB Paragon facility unless Paragon states otherwise in its P.O. acceptance. Title and risk of loss shall pass from Paragon to Reseller or Reseller customer at the point of delivery or download. The foregoing notwithstanding, Paragon shall retain a security interest in all Licensed Products and in any proceeds from the sale thereof until they are paid for in full.
Shipping and Title. Seller delivers to curb only. Title and risk of loss to materials passes to you once Seller delivers them to curb. Xxxxx assumes risk and indemnifies Seller when Buyer changes curb delivery.

Title to products passes to you when Computer Health delivers them to the shipper and risk of loss passes to you when the shipper delivers products to the address you designate. Title to software remains with the licensor of the software. Your use of software is subject to license agreements applicable to the software. You must notify Computer Health of damaged or missing items from your order within 7 days after you receive your product.
Shipping and Title. Shipping, handling and tax are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Costs for shipping and handling vary from product to product. Title to product passes from Acer to you upon shipment to you. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Acer is Acer’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify Acer within 15 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless you provide Acer with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of product and product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. You agree that you will be bound by such license agreement. See Software Information below.
Shipping and Title. Title to the Hardware and any Other Equipment, and risk of loss or damage, will pass to Subscriber when CalAmp delivers the Hardware or Other Equipment to the shipping carrier. CalAmp’s title and rights to the embedded Licensed Technology and all associated intellectual property rights therein remain with CalAmp and do not transfer to Subscriber. Unless provided in an Order or otherwise agreed in writing, CalAmp will deliver the Hardware and any Other Equipment freight prepaid by CalAmp and billable to Subscriber. CalAmp utilizes standard ground shipping; any other available form of shipment requested by Subscriber will be at Subscriber’s sole cost.

(a) All Products shipped to tier 1 carriers, including, without limitation, Sprint, Time Warner, Comcast, Cox, Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T (each, a "Tier 1 Carrier") shall be shipped DDP, as modified below.
