Position and Title. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Employee in the position(s) described on Addendum A attached hereto and the Employee hereby accepts such position(s) and agrees to serve the Company, including Company Affiliates (as defined below), in such capacity until this Agreement expires as set forth in Addendum A or this Agreement is earlier terminated by one of the parties in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 4 below.
Position and Title. 2.1 The Company on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries hereby employs Employee as Chief Executive Officer and Employee hereby accepts such employment.
Position and Title. 3.1 You are employed on a casual basis in the position described at Item 3 of the Schedule.

Position and Title. The Bank hereby agrees to employ the Executive in the position described on Addendum A attached hereto and the Executive hereby accepts such position and agrees to serve the Bank in such capacity during the employment period set forth in Section 2 below, subject to earlier termination as provided hereunder (the “Employment Period”). The Executive shall perform such job duties and responsibilities as determined in discussion with the CEO of the Bank and in accordance with the Bank’s Bylaws. The Bank shall retain the right to modify the Executive’s job title and responsibilities pursuant to the legitimate business needs of the Bank, provided that any such modification in title or responsibilities is consistent with the Executive’s expertise and training.
Position and Title. The Company hereby hires Employee to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Position and Title. The Company hereby hires Employee to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Position and Title. 2.1 The Company on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries hereby employs Employee as Group Vice President Diversified Business, and Employee hereby accepts such employment.
Position and Title. 2.1 The Company, on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries, currently employs Employee as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Position and Title. 2.1 The Company hereby employs Employee as its Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Employee hereby accepts such employment.
