Title to Products. Seller has and shall have good and marketable title to all Products sold and Delivered to Buyer under this Agreement, free and clear of all liens, charges and encumbrances. Seller has not sold and shall not sell any such Products to any other Person, and no Person other than Seller can claim an interest in any Product to be sold to Buyer under this Agreement.
Title to Products. Seller shall purchase all of the Products sold hereunder directly from its Affiliate that owns and operates the Hydro-Québec Power Resources and has and shall have good and marketable title to all Products sold and Delivered to Buyer under this Agreement, free and clear of all liens, charges and encumbrances, at the time of Delivery hereunder. Seller has not sold and shall not sell any such Products to any other Person, and no Person other than Seller can claim an interest in any Products to be sold to Buyer under this Agreement.
Title to Products. Title to and ownership in each of the Products remains with the Consignor until Seller notifies Consignor that a Product is being purchased by the Seller.
Title to Products. Title to Products attributable to KMTP Gas shall be transferred to COPANO at the Delivery Point.
Title to Products. The Licensee shall acquire no right, title or interest in or to the Licensed Material; Licensor shall retain all right, title and interest in and to the Customized Products, including all related intellectual property rights to the Customized Products. Licensee shall not reverse engineer or decompile any of the Licensed Material.
Title to Products. Supplier represents and warrants it will pass to Buyer good and marketable title to Products, free and clear of all material liens, claims, security interests and encumbrances of any kind.
Title to Products. The Local Government shall be the owner of all right, title, and interest in all Collected Materials from the time when the Local Government collects and/or accepts them until such point in time that title has been transferred, conveyed and assigned to any service provider or Designated Facility pursuant to a Shipment. At no time will Call2Recycle possess any right, title or interest in or to any Collected Materials unless possessed and handled directly by designated Call2Recycle employees, notwithstanding any Shipment made to a Designated Facility.
Title to Products. Title to right of possession of the products sold hereunder shall remain with ZOLL Medical Corporation until ZOLL Medical Corporation delivers the Equipment to the carrier and agrees to do all acts necessary to perfect and maintain such right and title in ZOLL Medical Corporation. Failure of the Customer to pay the purchase price for any product when due shall give ZOLL Medical Corporation the right, without liability to repossess the Equipment, with or without notice, and to avail itself of any remedy provided by law.
Title to Products. 3.2.1 You hereby acknowledge that by virtue of our purchase from the relevant Authorised Supplier of the Supplier Invoices or, as applicable, our agreement to pay the BSDE Supplier Invoices on your behalf, all Product Rights, including any reservation of title rights, belong to us until all amounts owing to us in connection with payment of the relevant Supplier Obligations and any outstanding Credit Charges are paid in full by you.
Title to Products. Title to the Product(s) purchased hereunder shall pass to Distributor only after the full payment of the applicable purchase order.
