Duties and Title. Employee’s title shall be that of Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Employee shall have such powers and perform such duties as are customarily performed by an Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, including, but not limited to, overall responsibility for and authority over finance and accounting, and serving as principal financial officer of the Company. Employee shall report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee shall perform his duties to the best of his abilities and shall devote substantially all of his working time to such duties.
Duties and Title. Employee’s title shall be that of Vice President of Washington Operations. Employee shall have management responsibility for all of the day to day operations of Employer in the State of Washington including acting as the Chief Operating Officer of the Employer’s mini-casinos. Employee shall report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee shall perform his duties to the best of his abilities and shall devote substantially all of his working time to such duties.
Duties and Title. The Executive’s principal areas of responsibility shall be to act and serve as the Chief Financial Officer and corporate Secretary of the Corporation. The Executive shall have such power and authority as shall reasonably be required to enable him to perform his duties hereunder in any efficient manner; provided, that in exercising such power and authority and performing such duties, he shall at all times be subject to the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors of the Corporation. Executive shall not be required to perform his duties from the Corporation’s corporate headquarters.
Duties and Title. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company employs Employee to serve in a managerial capacity and Employee accepts such employment and agrees to perform such reasonable responsibilities and duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") or Chief Executive Officer (the "CEO"). Initially, Employee's title shall be Executive Vice President. Such title and duties may be changed from time to time by the Board of Directors. Employee will report to the Company's CEO. Unless and until an Election occurs, as defined in the next paragraph, Employee agrees to devote substantially all of this business time and efforts to the business of the Company.
Duties and Title. Employee shall continue to have the title of and shall act as the Vice President of Operations of Opexa. Employee shall have the following responsibilities and duties as Vice President of Operations: Employee shall report to Opexa’s chief executive officer and will have such other duties and responsibilities consistent with her position as Vice President of Operations, as may reasonably be assigned to Employee by Opexa’s chief executive officer from time to time.
Duties and Title. During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall have the title of and shall act as the Managing Director of Licensing of PharmaFrontiers. Employee shall have the following responsibilities and duties: Employee shall report to PharmaFrontiers' CEO, and have such responsibilities and duties as may be assigned to Employee by PharmaFrontiers' CEO and/or Board of Directors from time to time.
Duties and Title. During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall have the title of and shall act as the Vice President, Operations and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer of PharmaFrontiers. Employee shall have the following responsibilities and duties: Employee shall report to PharmaFrontiers' President and the Company's Audit Committee, shall handle corporate administration matters, including the administration of finance and accounting, interface with the Company's accountants and attorneys to ensure timely securities regulatory filings, administration of contracts, and/or have such other responsibilities and duties as may be assigned to Employee by PharmaFrontiers' President and/or Board of Directors from time to time.
Duties and Title. The Company does hereby employ, engage ---------------- and hire Employee as President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and as President of the Subsidiary. Employee does hereby accept and agree to such hiring, engagement and employment. Employee agrees to perform any and all other duties and to assume any and all responsibilities that may be assigned to him. Employee shall devote his full time (at least forty (40) hours per week), energy and skill to the performance of his duties for the Company and the Subsidiary.
Duties and Title. Employee shall continue to be employed by the Company and have the title of and shall act as Senior Vice President, Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs of the Company. Employee shall have the following responsibilities and duties as Senior Vice President, Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs: Employee shall report to the Company’s CEO and will have such other duties and responsibilities consistent with her position as Senior Vice President, Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs as may reasonably be assigned to Employee by the Company’s CEO from time to time.
Duties and Title. Employee shall continue to have the title of and shall act as the Chief Operating Officer of Opexa. Employee shall have the following responsibilities and duties as Chief Operating Officer: Employee shall report to Opexa’s Board of Directors and will have such other duties and responsibilities consistent with his position as Chief Operating Officer, as may reasonably be assigned to Employee by Opexa’s Board of Directors from time to time.
