  • Section 7.4 32 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 33 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) hours of 34 work.

  • Section 6.3 27 The workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 28 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday except as provided in Section 6.3.1.
