Section 6.4.2. 5 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite work shift with designated times of beginning 6 and ending as well as a lunch period, where appropriate. Said work shift shall be flexible to 7 weather conditions and/or other extenuating circumstances as approved by the Superintendent.

Section 6.4.2. 2 In work years that have over 260 workdays, twelve (12) month employees shall be awarded 3 additional days off equal to the number of workdays over 260 to be taken in conjunction with the 4 4th of July holiday.

Section 6.4.2. 45 A District car may be used to transport up to five (5) students to a school sanctioned function, 46 driven by any staff member. A van may be used to transport up to nine (9) students, however, a 47 Bus Driver must be the driver. Should a Bus Driver or a substitute not be available, the District 1 may use another staff member. Other exemptions or variations may be allowed when brought 2 to the Association and agreed to by the majority of the Bus Drivers.

  • Section 6.2 33 The Association representatives shall represent the Association and employees in meeting with 34 officials of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and 35 investigate to conclusion complaints or grievances of employees and thereafter advise employees of 36 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 37 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 38 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. The Association may consult 39 with the District on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.
