Pay Level. An employee exercising his/her bumping privileges or recall rights to another classification in their seniority group shall be placed at the same step in the new position as they held in their previous position unless the bump or recall exceeds two (2) grades or more at which time the employee will be placed at the step which does not exceed fifteen percent (15%) decrease from their previous salary.
