Orkin shall service only the identified rooms and areas. This Agreement supersedes any terms and conditions for disinfection services set out in any other agreement with Orkin.

SCOPE AND NATURE OF WORK. (name of the Project/Unit) is having various departments/places such as mines premises, stores, office buildings, workshops, etc. which require round the clock security on need basis. CONTRACTOR is required to provide security to all duty places within the jurisdiction of project/unit round the clock for the period as specified and required by the SECL from time to time by deploying its employees for the said purpose. The contractor work generally includes without limitation of the following services. • To protect, safeguard and secure all the places/premises & assets of project/unit of SECL. • To prevent any theft or pilferage by any person from the premises. • To prevent entry of any person without valid gate pass/entry pass/identity card/and/or not to allow entry of any type of vehicle ( 2-xxxxxxx, 4- xxxxxxx, truck etc.) which is not authorized to enter in to the premises of . • Protect the premises from fire, riot, strike, flood etc. • Not to allow damage or destruction or loss to the property and premises of by any person. • The aforesaid work will be carried out by the Contractor 24x7 days in a week and through out the year. • To arrange expertise in dealing with explosives, bombs etc. from Govt./semi-Govt. agencies situated around in case of detection of same in the premises under their protection. • Checking/controlling/searching of staff/workers engaged by various contractors. • To maintain close liaison with Govt./Semi Govt. agencies around & arrange for availing prompt assistance in case of fire, riots, strike, flood or any other natural calamities within or outside the projects. • Checking and keeping record of incoming & out going materials through gate passes. • Checking the vehicles and frisking the visitors entering the premises. • M/s will take all necessary steps that a reasonable, prudent man would do to prevent injury to personnel in premises. • To submit daily report of every event, observations and incidents along with daily deployment report. • To prevent misuse of water/electricity etc. • To check any pilferage and implement anti-theft measures. • To maintain visitors’ movement records. • To assist SECL authorities in lodging complaints with Civil Police, assist in formulating and implementing measures to improve security environment in premises and to safeguard life and property of SECL and its personnel. • Any other task assigned by SECL in the interest of the security of the premises, employees and property.

Bug Police agrees to provide service for the following pests: Roaches Common Ants Rodents Pharaoh Ants Common Spiders Flies Odor Neutralizer Other: Service means the periodic treatment to help control/combat the targeted pests. Service cannot guarantee the targeted pests will not return, but if they do, Bug Police will retreat.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • OF WORK The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7%) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any period. The normal daily tour shall consist of seven and one-half hours, exclusive of a one-half hour unpaid meal period. Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break during each half of the normal daily tour, at a time designated by the Employer. Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen ( I 5) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered for the purposes of payment. Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by an employee under the terms of this t Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for a seven and one-half (7.5) hour tour rather than the actual hours worked. The Employer will endeavour to accommodate requests by employees for specific days off and also requests for changes in posted time schedules once the schedule has been posted. Shift schedules shall be posted two (2) weeks in advance and shall cover a minimum of a four (4) week period. The following shall apply to full-time employees: During each pay period, two (2) consecutive days off will be scheduled. Schedules may provide for more than (5) consecutive days of work, but not more than seven (7) consecutive days of work without days off, as long as four (4) days off are scheduled in each fourteen (14) day period. Except as outlined below, meal time of one-half hour shall be scheduled away from the floor during the employee's shift whether day, evening or night. Where there is only one registered employee on duty, it is recognized that this is not possible. Should an employee be recalled to duty during meal time, additional time shall be provided later in the shift.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Completion of Works Buildings will be considered complete on the issue of the City’s Certificate of Occupancy. Other structures will be considered complete on the issue of the Company’s engineers notification of the completion of construction, and by the City’s certification.

  • LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor.   • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Completion of Work Contractor is accountable for completing the Work within the Contract Time stated in the Contract, or as otherwise amended by Change Order.

  • General Scope of Work The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.
