NAME OF THE PROJECT. The name of the project shall be “ DRA ALTAMIRA “and will not be changed.
NAME OF THE PROJECT. 1.1.1 The name of project shall be Retail / Commercial space at Xxxxx Nagar Railway Station premises, Xxxxx Nagar, Lucknow (UP). The successful bidder/allottee shall not be allowed to change the name of the project or building at any time, even after paying full consideration and subsequent occupation.
NAME OF THE PROJECT. The project/ buildings at the said Premises shall bear the name “StarOm Millenia” unless changed by the Developer from time to time in its absolute discretion.
NAME OF THE PROJECT. That the said Project shall always be known as “CEDAR LUXURIA” and the name of the said Project shall not be changed except with the consent of the Promoter.
NAME OF THE PROJECT. It is hereby agreed and clarified that the Municipality will decide on the name of the public areas precinct, the public buildings and the open public areas, and will be entitled to place suitable signboards at such places, as is the customary practice in the city of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, or as may be customary in the city of Tel Aviv-Jaffa at such time. It is agreed that the Purchaser, the Company and the Municipality will, by agreement, decide on the name/names of the Project as defined in this Agreement, in accordance with professional advice which the Purchaser, the Municipality and the Company will receive in relation thereto (hereinafter – “the Name of the Project”). The Housing Company will be entitled to decide on the name of the residential precinct (including the inclusion in this name of the name of “Xxxxx”) and the Mall Company will be entitled to decide on the name of the commercial areas in the Purchaser’s Project, while the Housing Company and the Mall Company undertake that the names will be given by them as aforesaid will, under all the circumstances, include the name of the Project as will be decided as aforesaid. For example, if it is decided that the name of the Project is: “New Tel Aviv”, then the Housing Company will be entitled to call the residential precinct by the name of: “X” in New Tel Aviv” and the Mall Company will be entitled to call the commercial areas by the name: “Y” in New Tel Aviv”. Nothing in the foregoing shall derogate from the Municipality’s power and authority and/or its duty as a local authority to decide on the name of the suburb in which the Project will be included, in accordance with Section 235A of the Municipalities Ordinance.
NAME OF THE PROJECT. The Project shall bear the name “Morya” or such other name as be decided by the Promoter from time to time. The Blocks shall also bear the names “A-1” and “A-2” or such other name as be decided by the Promoter from time to time. The name of the Project cannot be changed unless permitted by the Promoter in writing and it shall not be necessary for the Promoter to grant any such permission.
NAME OF THE PROJECT. Kiwi Fruit Comprehensive Deep Processing Zone (the specific name shall be subject to approval by the local authority of the National Development and Reform Commission).
NAME OF THE PROJECT. The name of the Project shall be “SHREE VITTHAL PLAZA” and this name shall not be changed without the written consent of the Developer.
NAME OF THE PROJECT. The Project to be developed by the Promoter in the Schedule A Property is named as SREEVATSA LiAnCa, which shall not be changed / altered by the Allottee at any point of time. The Promoter is expressly permitted to display, at all times, the name and logo of the Project along with the name of the Promoter or their group companies, upon the Project in such location and in the style and format of the Promoter’s choice. The Promoter shall have exclusive proprietary and other rights, title and interest on such name.

The name of the Project cannot be changed unless permitted by the Promoter in writing and it shall not be necessary for the Promoter to grant any such permission.
