The advisory council is made up of an equal number of parents/community members, and of school personnel including the principal, teachers, and other staff who share an interest in our school. School Site Council. Paraprofessionals shall be eligible to run for the position designated as “support staff", and/or alternate on the School Site Councils.
School Site Council. The Washington Union School Site Council meets monthly to monitor and provide input to the school program. Each month, October through May, the SSC meets after school at WUS. Elected parents, staff members and others participate in monthly curricular presentations. Opportunities are available parents to provide suggestions for instructional improvement. The SSC works with the staff to develop a school plan that will provide a guide for instructional programs, both regular education and special education, and stu- dent services. Each spring the District conducts an annual survey to determine satisfaction with the school program. Results of these surveys are available for public review in the school office. Each year the SSC presents to the Board of Trustees an annual report. This report reviews the accomplishments of the Single School Plan Goals during the year.
School Site Council. 1. A site council shall be established at each school site in BCSD.
School Site Council. The School Site Council (SSC) will be composed of the principal, teachers, classified staff, and parents from each school. The SSC will help ensure that the RSDC Board of Trustees receives input from the school-­‐level. The SSC will seek to empower and inform parents in the education of their children, the allocation of school resources, and the building of community and culture at their specific school. Additionally, Rocketship’s SSCs will not only be an open forum for parents, but will also have opportunities for parents’ professional development (through guided exposure to data and analyses, and training around budget review).   • Level Two - Superintendent 1. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the disposition at Level One, or if no decision is rendered within five (5) days after the presentation of the grievance, the grievant or the Association may appeal the grievance to the superintendent by delivering a written notice of appeal to the superintendent’s office within ten (10) days after receiving the decision, or lack of one, at Level One.

  • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • Special Education Teachers Whenever any Elementary Special Education class to which a student(s) is(are) added as a result of the distribution of students from the class of an absent Elementary Special Education teacher, Article 8-7 shall be in effect. In addition, whenever the class size of the receiving Special Education teacher exceeds the class size maxim mandated by Special Education class size law and/or regulation, the Xxxxxxxx Formula in AAA Case No. 1139-0696- 85, February 21, 1986, shall be used to calculate the compensation which said teacher shall receive as follows: The rate of pay for said teacher for teaching said additional students shall be computed by multiplying the teacher’s daily gross compensation by a fraction in which the denominator is twenty-six (26) and the numerator is the number of children taught in excess of Article 8-1.1 Item 3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties.
