Instructional Programs Clause Samples
The "Instructional Programs" clause defines the scope and requirements for educational or training programs provided under the agreement. It typically outlines the types of programs to be offered, the standards or curriculum to be followed, and any obligations regarding staffing, materials, or assessment methods. For example, it may specify that certain courses must meet accreditation standards or that instructors must hold specific qualifications.
