SCHOOL PLAN. 61.10.01 By June 1 the Principal shall file, with the appropriate Superintendent and the OSSTF District President, the school plan, updated where appropriate, which describes the positions of responsibility and selection criteria.

The plan must include sufficient detail to allow review of the plan for compliance with applicable federal regulations. The Sponsor shall have 30 days to review and approve the plan. If the Sponsor deems the plan unacceptable, the Sponsor shall provide the School with written notice detailing the deficiencies and provide an opportunity to cure. Invoices The School shall submit invoices by the 15 of each month to receive reimbursement for allowable expenses incurred during the prior month. The School shall maintain documentation of all expenditures in accordance with applicable law and provide to the Sponsor upon request. Expenditures shall be included in required monthly/quarterly financial statements.

Also, during the period that the said employee is on course, he shall not suffer any loss in basic hourly pay or benefits as provided by this agreement. MEDICAL EXAMINATION An right to employment with a Company shall be conditional upon the Officer being physically fit to his duties and has to meet on a continuous basis the fitness requirements under the provisions of the Continued Proficiency Certificate. In order to determine whether an Officer is physically fit to perform his duties a Company may, upon giving reasonable notice to the Officer and upon agreeing to assume all costs of the examination, require an Officer to be medically examined by a doctor mutually agreeable to the Officer and the Company. When an Officer is employed for the first time by the Company, the Company may require the Officer to be medically examined by a doctor selected by the Company.

SCHOOL PLAN. (a) Officers shall submit copy of the upgraded certificate to the Company’s Fleet Personnel Department following its attainment.
(b) Officers will then be entitled to the payment after remaining with the Company for a period of one-hundred and twenty (120) days.
(c) Officers are not entitled to certificate premiums that are by-passed when successfully acquiring their higher certificate (upgrading). The Company upon approval will pay tuition, upon successful completion, for courses related to the certificate upgrade.
