New Classifications. If job classifications other than those listed in Section B. of this article are established after the date of this Agreement and, by reason of the nature of the position are not excluded from the bargaining unit as set forth in Section B. then, upon request, the Board shall meet with the Association to discuss whether such classification(s) should be added to the existing bargaining unit. If the parties are unable to agree, the matter shall be referred to the State Employment Relations Board.
New Classifications. The District shall submit newly created classifications to CSEA for review. The newly created classification shall be subject to negotiations to the extent required by law.
New Classifications. Should any new classification(s) be added to the workforce, the UMMS shall determine if such new classification(s) shall be added to the bargaining unit. If the Association disagrees with the UMMS’ determination, the matter may be referred to the MLRC by the Association with a request that the MLRC make a determination by which the parties will be bound.

More Definitions of New Classifications

New Classifications. The Company has the right to establish new job classifications. The Company shall give the Union seven (7) work days notice of its intent to implement a new classification and the rate of pay for the new classification. Upon request, the Company will provide the Union with the opportunity to discuss the proposed pay rate prior to implementation.
