Saturday/Sunday Premium. A Saturday-Sunday premium of two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) an hour will be paid for all hours worked on a regularly scheduled shift starting between the hours of 7:59 p.m. Friday and 7:59 p.m.

Saturday/Sunday Premium. Any employee who is required and authorized to work at any time on a Saturday and/or Sunday shall be paid a Saturday/Sunday premium in addition to his or her regular hourly rate of pay in the amount one dollar and twenty- five cents ($1.25) per hour for each such hour and majority of an hour worked. Saturday/Sunday premium pay shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime.
Saturday/Sunday Premium. The Saturday and Sunday premiums referred to in Article 6:08 of the Collective Agreement will apply to all hours worked between 20h00 Friday and 20h00 Sunday.

Saturday/Sunday Premium. Effective with the signing of this agreement, work scheduled on Saturday or Sunday will be paid an additional premium of fifty cents ($ .50) per hour. This premium, however, will not apply where the work is compensated at the overtime rate.

  • Sunday Premium All hours worked by an Employee on Sunday, shall be paid for on the basis of one and one-half (1½) times the Employee’s Regular Rate of Pay. For the purpose of this Section, Sunday shall be deemed to be the twenty-four (24) hours beginning with the shift change hour nearest to 12:01 a.m.

  • Holiday Falling on Saturday or Sunday For an employee whose normal workweek is from Monday to Friday and when any of the above-noted holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday will be deemed to be the holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies), will be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work Week: Five (5) consecutive days per week, Sunday to Saturday. Work Day: Seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours to be scheduled within the hours of operation.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period.

  • Holidays on Saturday or Sunday When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding workday not a holiday shall be deemed to be that holiday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following workday not a holiday shall be deemed to be that holiday.

  • Saturday Work A day worker required to work overtime on a Saturday shall be afforded at least four hours work or paid for four hours at the rate of time and one half for the first three hours and double time thereafter, except where the overtime is continuous with overtime commenced on the previous day.

  • Saturday Sunday and designated paid holidays shall not be counted in determining the time within which any action is to be taken or completed under the grievance procedure.

  • Sunday Employees at the Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 8:30 p.m. Friday and 8:29 p.m. Sunday.
