Holidays On Saturday Or Sunday. When a holiday listed herein falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be deemed to be the holiday in lieu of the day observed. When a holiday listed herein falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be deemed to be the holiday in lieu of the day observed.

If a Holiday set forth above falls on a Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as the Holiday. Existing Holidays whose dates are changed by Congressional Law shall be changed in this Article.

  • Sunday means all the time between midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday.

  • TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System or any successor is open.

  • LIBOR Banking Day has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(b)(1).

  • New York City Banking Day means any day on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in New York City;

  • New York Business Day means each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday which is not a day on which banking institutions in New York City are generally authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.
