Safety and Health Representative. The full-time Safety and Health Representative employed by the Union will be entitled to visit the plant to deal with a specific safety and health concern which has arisen. Such admission shall be subject to the requirements and efficiency of operations and:
Safety and Health Representative. Union member designated to represent the union on the safety committee and participate in safety related functions/concerns. SCD: Service Computation Date, a date, either actual or constructed, used to determine benefits that are based on how long a person has been in Federal service.

Safety and Health Representative. (a) The Company agrees to conduct appropriate tests of employees and of the work environment including noise level readings as deemed necessary by the Company and/or Labour Canada with a view to ensuring a safe work environment. Each vessel will have a designated Safety and Health Representative who will exercise the functions under the Canada Labour Code. The Safety and Health Representative shall be the Chief Engineer. Asbestos control issues will be referredto the Health and Safety Committee. Medical Examinations
Safety and Health Representative. 7.7 The Company and the Union agree to exert joint effort to maintain high standards of safety, health, good housekeeping, and clean lunch and locker facilities in the plant in order to prevent industrial injury and disease. For this purpose, the Company shall make reasonable provisions to safeguard the health of employees, and without charge, supply special protective clothing and devices (excluding safety boots), adequate heat and ventilation systems and proper sanitary equipment.
Safety and Health Representative. The Employer and Union will jointly recognize one (1) Bargaining Unit member who will serve as the Safety and Health Representative. The representative will continue to serve until such time as either the Employer or the Union requests that the representative be Revised. The representative, upon approval from the Environment of Care Committee, will be authorized to investigate workplace safety concerns. Such investigations will be conducted within a reasonable time period and shall not disrupt consumer services. The Safety and Health Representative will report his/her concerns to the Environment of Care Committee.
