The Committee will function in accordance with the regulations published pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Act or such other procedural rules as may be mutually agreed.
The premises and equipment provided by each party in performance of this agreement shall comply with all applicable building, safety, sanitation, and health laws; and shall satisfy all permit requirements, ordinances, rules, and regulations, including the federal Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1970 or applicable state act and standards promulgated thereunder.
