The Organization shall in the performance of its obligations hereunder comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of this Agreement, including the Federal Occupational Health and Safety Act and all state and federal laws prohibiting and/or related to the discrimination by reason of race, sex, age, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression.
