ROUTES AND TRIPS. A. The number of regular runs shall be given according to seniority. If a single run is to be added after the initial assignment of regular runs during the school year, it shall be added to the most senior compatible single run that exists at that time. If a single run does not exist then the additional run shall be given according to seniority. Single runs will be paid at an hourly rate except where the driver has only a single run. Drivers called in to cover a run will receive a minimum of 1.5 hours pay.

  • School Meals 31) The Academy Trust shall, if requested to do so by or on behalf of any pupils at the Academy, provide school lunches for those pupils unless it would be unreasonable for it to do so. Subject to the provisions of clause 32 charges may be levied for lunches, but the Academy Trust shall otherwise fund the cost of such school lunches from its GAG.

  • Routes All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year. Additional stops will not be added until approved by Boys & Girls Clubs and reviewed for safety and approved by the School Board’s Transportation Department. Route changes, if approved, will require seven (7) calendar days from the date of request to the date of implementation.   • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.

  • MINES The Contractor represents and warrants that neither it, its parent entities (if any), nor any of the Contractor’s subsidiaries or affiliated entities (if any) is engaged in the sale or manufacture of anti-personnel mines or components utilized in the manufacture of anti-personnel mines.

  • Statutes and Regulations This lease is subject to all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations in effect on the effective date of this lease, and insofar as is constitutionally permissible, to all statutes and regulations placed in effect after the effective date of this lease. A reference to a statute or regulation in this lease includes any change in that statute or regulation whether by amendment, repeal and replacement, or other means. This lease does not limit the power of the State of Alaska or the United States of America to enact and enforce legislation or to promulgate and enforce regulations affecting, directly or indirectly, the activities of the lessee or its agents in connection with this lease or the value of the interest held under this lease. In case of conflicting provisions, statutes and regulations take precedence over this lease.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

State entities subject to Executive Order No. 4 are advised to become familiar with the specifications that have been developed in accordance with the Order, and to incorporate them, as applicable, when making purchases under this Contract.
