Routes definition

Routes means that part of the Network specified in Schedule 2; "safety authorisation" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006; "safety certificate" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
Routes means that part of the Network specified in Schedule 2;
Routes means the routes for which the Borrower holds or hereafter acquires the requisite authority to operate foreign air transportation pursuant to Title 49 including, without limitation, applicable frequencies, exemption and certificate authorities, Fifth-Freedom Rights and “behind/beyond rights”, whether or not utilized by the Borrower.

More Definitions of Routes

Routes means the routes, as determined by AICTSL, from time to time, on which the Buses would operate as part of the Bus Service.
