Women Clause Samples

The 'Women' clause is designed to address provisions or considerations specifically related to women within the context of the agreement or policy. This may include requirements for gender equality, protections against discrimination, or the implementation of programs supporting women's participation or advancement. For example, it could mandate equal pay, set targets for female representation, or outline procedures for handling gender-based complaints. The core function of this clause is to promote fairness and inclusivity by ensuring that women's rights and interests are explicitly recognized and safeguarded.
