TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME. 12.01 The Employer will provide transportation to and from jobs from the Employer’s shop. If an employee’s car is used for such transportation, the owner shall be paid fifty cents (50¢) per kilometre for such use.

TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME. 13.01 If an employee's motor vehicle is used for transportation to and from jobs, at the Employer's request, the owner shall be paid forty cents ($0.40) per kilometre for all such kilometres driven. An employee may refuse to transport company materials in his own motor vehicle if such materials would constitute a hazard such as an unstable load or if such materials would cause damage to his vehicle.

TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME. 7.01 The free travel zone is established by boundaries of the map below as follows: Starting from Sunset Beach at the northwest corner east to Pitt Polder at the northeast corner, down the Pitt River, up the Fraser River to Fort Xxxxxxx, south to the Canada/US border, west to Tsawwassen then north to Sunset Beach. Any travel beyond these boundaries will be paid at tenders’ rate for actual time of travel.
