Right to Use Services. 7.2 Restrictions On Your Use of the Services.
Right to Use Services. We hereby permit you to use the Services for your personal non-commercial use only, provided that you comply with these Terms in connection with all such use. If any software, content or other materials owned or controlled by us are distributed to you as part of your use of the Services (e.g., an iOS App), we hereby grant you a personal, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable, and non-exclusive right and license to download, execute and display such software, content and materials provided to you as part of the Services (and right to download a single copy of the App onto your applicable equipment or device), in each case for the sole purpose of enabling you to use the Services as permitted by these Terms, provided that your license in any Content in connection with any Company NFTs is solely as set forth in the license grant of Section 5.1. Your access and use of the Services may be interrupted from time to time for any of several reasons, including, without limitation, the malfunction of equipment, periodic updating, maintenance or repair of the Service or other actions that Company, in its sole discretion, may elect to take.
Right to Use Services. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Services for the Term on the terms of this Agreement. Subscriber may allow its Users to use the Services and Subscriber is responsible for each User’s compliance with this Agreement and any act or omission of a User. Access to the Services is subject to your compliance with this Agreement.
Right to Use Services. If Customer has purchased the Services as set forth in a Purchase Order, then, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Kryptowire (a) will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available to Customer and its Users in accordance with the Documentation and this Agreement, and (b) hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right: (i) to have Users access and use the Services solely for Customer’s internal business operations, consistent with this Agreement and the limitations specified or referenced in the Documentation and the Purchase Order; and (ii) to use the Documentation in support of Customer’s authorized access to or use of the Services.
Right to Use Services. For so long as Client remains in compliance with these Terms, Ascentis grants Client a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right and license to access and use the Services, any data or reports Ascentis provides or makes available to Client as part of the Services, and their associated documentation, solely for Client’s own internal business purposes. All Services, including, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, artwork, images, and other elements, are protected by intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Ascentis or by entities that have licensed or otherwise provided their material to Ascentis. Client shall not delete any proprietary, confidential, or intellectual property rights notices.
Right to Use Services. You agree to use the Services in accordance with the use levels by which we measure, price, and offer our Services as posted your Order or the Service Descriptions (“Use Levels”). You may use our Services only as permitted in these ToS and you consent to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. We grant you a right to use these Services expressly for business and professional purposes. If your
Right to Use Services. The Services are the property of Roambee or its licensors, and are protected by law, including applicable copyright law. Although Roambee or its licensors continue to own the Services (including any Devices provided or made available therewith), after Customer’s acceptance of the Agreement and subject to Customer’s strict compliance therewith, Customer is granted a nonexclusive and nontransferable right to use the Services solely during the applicable Subscription Term for which Customer has paid the required fees consistent with the Order Form.
Right to Use Services. During the Term and subject to all other provisions of this Agreement, Koop agrees that DKC shall have the right to use the Koop name, image or likeness (hereinafter the "Koop Name") in connection with the Company's Internet-based health information network, healthcare related software services and products or electronic commerce (collectively the "Products") in accordance with Section 5 below.
Right to Use Services. We will provide the Services, and you may access and use the Services, in accordance with this Agreement for business and professional purposes. You are responsible for the activities of all users who access or use the Services through your account as well as their compliance with this Agreement. Individual user accounts may not be shared amongst multiple individuals. If your affiliates use our Services, you warrant that you have the authority to bind those affiliates to this Agreement and you will be liable if your affiliates do not comply with the Agreement.
Right to Use Services. During the term of this Agreement, CureMD grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Services. Licensee shall access the Services solely for Licensee’s own internal business operations located and from within the United States of America or any U.S. territory. Licensee shall only access and use the Services for healthcare purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
