RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN. Effective, December 24, 2006, or as soon as administratively possible, the County shall establish a retiree health savings plan (RHSP) by contributing an amount of $25.00 to the employee’s RHSP each biweekly pay period.
RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN. The Agency shall contribute twenty-five ($25.00) dollars monthly to the employee’s RHSP.
RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN. Employees covered by this Agreement shall have their base pay rate reduced by 1.5% and the employer shall contribute such amount to the Retiree Health Savings (RHS) plan adopted by the City Commission.
RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN. Effective the first pay period after Board approval of the 2018-21 labor agreement, the County will discontinue contributing to the Retiree Health Savings Plan (RHSP). Existing contributions will remain in employees accounts and access to funds are subject to existing procedures and requirements.

RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN. The County shall continue a retiree health savings plan (RHSP) by contributing an amount of $25.00 to the employee’s RHSP each biweekly pay period.
RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN. The employee shall make a contribution of $44 per month to a Retiree Health Savings (RHS) account for each employee effective July 12, 2009. This provision is separate and distinct from any other provision set forth in this Article. When an employee separates from the City at the normal retirement age set forth in the RHS plan (currently 50) or older, the value of their unused leave accruals that would normally be paid out to them under this MOU shall instead be placed into their RHS account.
RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN. SECTION 20.1- ESTABLISHMENT The City has established a Retiree Health Savings Plan (RHSP) through the ICMA Retirement Corporation (“ICMA-RC”). The City’s participation in the RHSP shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RHSP participation agreement.
RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN. The City shall make available to all employees a retiree health savings plan (RHSP) administered by ICMA-RC. Effective January 1, 2022, the City will contribute to each employee’s RHSP account an amount based on continuous years of service at the City as follows: Years of Service Pay Period Contribution 5-10 $35.00 10+ $45.00 For probationary employees, the City’s contribution will vest upon successful completion of probation.
RETIREE HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN. 52.1 Effective January 1, 2010, The City established a retiree health savings plan with the intention of having the following attributes and subject to current tax laws: tax- free treatment of health benefits, ability to charge taxable health premiums and unreimbursed health costs, with assets remaining after employee’s death going to spouse/qualified dependents.
