Completion of Probation. When the Employer does not terminate or fail the employee before the end of her probationary period, the employee will be deemed to have successfully completed the probationary period.

Completion of Probation. Upon successful completion of a probationary period, the employee shall be appointed to permanent status, and the employee will be so informed in writing.
