Resident Handbook. You must comply with all written rules and policies, including those defined in the Resident Handbook for the Apartment Community. The Resident Handbook and the rules and policies are considered to be a part of this Lease and we can revise, amend, expand or discontinue the rules and policies at any time in our sole judgment by posting a notice in the Leasing Office, Apartment Community lobby, property website, resident portal, or other area that we designate for notices to residents. Conduct: You agree that you and your guests shall not: (a) be loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful; (b) disturb or threaten the rights, comfort, health, safety or convenience of anyone in or near the Premises including the employees and agents of Owner; (c) disturb or disrupt the business operations of the Apartment Community and the duties of the agents, employees, licensees and invitees of Owner; (d) engage in or threaten violence against other residents and their guests as well as agents, employees, licensees and invitees of Owner; (e) display, discharge, or possess a gun, knife or other weapon on the Premises in a way that may alarm others; (f) possess, sell or manufacture illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the Premises; (g) operate a business on the Premises; (h) bring or store hazardous material on the Premises; (i) damage or soil any portions of the Premises; or (j) be involved or commit criminal activity whether on the Premises or not, including being arrested for a criminal offense involving actual or potential physical harm to another person or involving possession, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana or drug paraphernalia. Owner may confiscate and/or dispose of any item deemed to cause a danger or nuisance, and is under no obligation to pay compensation for or to return such items.

Resident Handbook. The Resident Handbook shall be incorporated into this Lease Agreement. It is designed to describe additional terms of this Lease Agreement and provide important and helpful information to Resident.
Resident Handbook. The Contractor shall provide a handbook to the Child and his/her parents or legal guardians at the time of admission that identifies policies of the Contractor and the Residential Treatment Program. The handbook will include but not be limited to a description of the program, members of the treatment team, behavior management practices, restrictive interventions, levels/privileges, and patient rights.
Resident Handbook a. The University is governed by State and Federal laws that pertain to use, sale, and possession of drugs. Being under the influence, unlawful possession, use, or distribution of drugs is prohibited. The use of prescribed drugs or over-the-counter drugs are to follow State and Federal laws. The use of prescribed drugs or over-the-counter drugs in an abusive manner is prohibited. Drug paraphernalia is prohibited in and around University Housing; Any drug and/or drug paraphernalia will be disposed of by the proper authority. All California State University campuses do NOT recognize medical marijuana (215) cards. Smoking of any substance (including “plant material” or marijuana) in any form (pipes, vape devices, etc.) is prohibited on university and auxiliary properties. Refer to the University Housing Resident Handbook for additional details.

This handbook outlines many of the ways to become a successful member of our campus communities and further outlines your rights and responsibilities. It is recognized as part of this lease as if it were printed here in its entirety.
Resident Handbook. 19. Failing to comply with the terms of this Contract, including the provisions in this Section II.L, or the reasonable directions of University or Housing officials may result in cancellation of the Contract and exclusion of the student from campus residence, in addition to Accountability Procedures under the Code of Student Responsibility.

Resident Handbook. ‌ Four (4) weeks prior to the execution of the Lessee’s first sublease (not an assignment of the Subleases by Prior Lessee), Lessee shall prepare and submit to Lessor for its review and approval a Resident Handbook that incorporates the Resident Rules, as well as other rules and policies determined by Xxxxxx and approved in writing by Lessor to be necessary to protect the Premises and for Lessee to fulfill its obligations under this Lease. The Resident Handbook shall be provided to all Sublessees, and Lessee will require Sublessee to provide, upon receipt, a signed acknowledgment of receipt of the Resident Handbook. The Resident Handbook shall be an electronic PDF document with a table of contents which includes but is not limited to the following items:
Resident Handbook. The House Rules (Appendix 1) and the UniLodge Park Central Resident Handbook (emailed to resident) forms part of this lease and it is assumed these has been read and all terms and conditions accepted and abided by as a resident of UniLodge Park Central. Sub-letting The tenant may not grant other person/s a licence to occupy or use the whole or part of the premises for the resident’s commercial gain, whether by written or verbal agreement with the other person/s, without the lessor’s consent having first been obtained. The lessor must act reasonably.
