Examples of Hazardous Material in a sentence
Tenant shall comply with and shall cause all Tenant Parties to comply with all Environmental Laws and other Laws pertaining to Tenant's occupancy and use of the Premises and concerning the proper use, generation, manufacture, production, storage, handling, release, discharge, removal and disposal of any Hazardous Material introduced to the Premises, the Building or the Property by Tenant or any of the Tenant Parties.
ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS: All Laws governing the use, storage, disposal or generation of any Hazardous Material or pertaining to environmental conditions on, under or about the Premises or any part of the Project, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended (42 U.S.C. Section 9601 et seq.), and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended (42 U.S.C. Section 6901 et seq.).
Tenant shall also remove such other Tenant Additions as required by Landlord, including any Tenant Additions containing Hazardous Material.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Article 34 to the contrary, Tenant shall not have any liability to Landlord or obligation to indemnify Landlord for any conditions existing, or events occurring, or any Hazardous Material existing or generated, at, in, on, under, or in connection with the Demised Premises, Building, or Common Areas prior to the Commencement Date (or any earlier occupancy of the Premises by Tenant), except to the extent Tenant exacerbates the same.
