Cancellation of the Contract. Once the confirmation of an assignment is received, either through the self-selection assignment process, or an assignment made by a Housing Assignments Coordinator, a student has the option to cancel their electronically signed contract within 72 hours of confirmed assignment. Orders of products according to catalogue (standard products) may be cancelled by the client until the segregation of the ordered products by XXXXXX provided that XXXXXX has received the statement of cancellation prior to the time of segregation. Orders of customers’ products (special designs etc.) may be cancelled only up to 4 hours after receipt of the order by XXXXXX. In that case, a service charge of 10% of the net order amount will be invoiced to the client.
