Resident Portal definition

Resident Portal means the website or web page which provides access to the Management Company’s online booking (contracting) system for student accommodation through which the Tenant may apply for accommodation and conclude a tenancy agreement.

Resident Portal means the password-protected webpage that includes the Resident Portal, Guest Authorization, and Document Library. The Resident Portal is accessed through the COA website at www.landfall.org.

Examples of Resident Portal in a sentence

  • Rent may be paid by check or credit card at the on-site property manager’s office, online on the Resident Portal, in the drop slot at the community centers front door, but the Lessor reserves the right to require that rent be paid in a single check rather than multiple checks, or in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check or money order.

  • Tenant shall conduct a walk-through inspection and complete the Unit Condition Form on the Resident Portal within 24 hours of taking possession of the Dwelling noting any conditions observed or Issued Items not issued, whether or not Landlord agrees to repair or remedy same.

  • A notification will be sent via text message and/or email when we have uploaded this information onto your online Resident Portal.

  • A Unit Condition Form will be provided to you at the time that you move into the Premises either electronically via the Resident Portal Account or via a paper copy.
