RESIDENCY PROJECT. The resident will be required to complete a residency project. The project must be focused toward clinical pharmacy practice, and be of ultimate benefit to the Pharmacy Department or University Medical Center. As funding for the PGY2 Internal Medicine Residency Program is provided by the GWEP Grant, the resident will be encouraged to select a research project from a list of compiled topics focusing on the geriatric populations. The research topic will be chosen during the orientation month. Each project must have a hospital pharmacy-based preceptor as the primary co- investigator. The Research Coordinator/Longitudinal Preceptor will assist with research timeline, learning research procedures, and in completing their project in a timely manner. All projects must be presented to the Residency Research Committee (RRC)/RAC for feedback and comments prior to the project commencing. Projects must follow a strict timeline, which contains key deadlines that must be met throughout the year. Proof of meeting these deadlines must be turned in to the research advisory committee on the actual deadline. This timeline will be provided to the resident by the research coordinator. RESEARCH PROJECT SCHEDULE: To be provided by research project preceptor As stated above in the steps of project completion, projects must be in publishable form and quality upon completion of the residency. Publishable form means that a journal should be selected, and the manuscript should follow the guidelines of the journal (i.e. cover page, corresponding author, abstract, key words, etc.). Should this not be the case by the end of the residency, the certificate will be held, pending notification by the project preceptor, and signed off by the Residency Program Director, that the research is complete. The Director of Pharmacy will serve in an appeal mode should a resident feel they are unjustly being denied their certificate on the basis of an incomplete project.

  • Credit for Project Work In order to compensate PURCHASER for project work that PURCHASER agrees to complete under the section titled, “Project Work,” of this contract, STATE agrees to credit PURCHASER’s timber account in the sum of $46,657 upon completion of and STATE’s acceptance of all work, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE.   • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.

  • Franchise Area The incorporated area (entire existing territorial limits) of the LFA, and such additional areas as may be annexed or acquired.

  • Inventory Report – Remote Premises The locations of the Remote Premises (e.g., Feeder Distribution Interfaces, "FDI") and the End User Customer addresses served by each Remote Premises are available to CLEC through the Raw Loop Data Tool. Remote Premises with digital loop carrier and pair gain equipment will be provided on the web site in the ICONN database. (ICONN is available through the Qwest web site located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/iconn.) If CLEC is unable to determine the information it seeks regarding the Remote Premises after using such database tools, Qwest will provide CLEC with a report that contains the information. The Parties agree that a charge may apply to such report, based on time and material, unless the database information is inaccurate or unusable for the Remote Premises then no charge would apply. Qwest will provide CLEC access to relevant plats, maps, engineering records and other data in accordance with Section 10.8.2.4. In addition, CLEC can request a copy of Qwest's distribution area map associated with the Remote Premises, with a charge for time and material.

  • Personal Property Insurance Lessee shall obtain, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a policy of fire and extended coverage insurance including coverage for direct physical loss special form, and a sprinkler leakage endorsement insuring the personal property of Lessee. The proceeds from any personal property damage policy shall be payable to Lessee. All insurance policies required in 6 C) and 6 D) above shall: (i) provide for a certificate of insurance evidencing the insurance required herein, being deposited with Lessor ten (10) days prior to the Commencement Date, and upon each renewal, such certificates shall be provided 15 days prior to the expiration date of such coverage, (ii) be in a form reasonably satisfactory to Lessor and shall provide the coverage required by Lessee in this Lease, (iii) be carried with companies with the a Best Rating of A minimum, (iv) specifically provide that such policies shall not be subject to cancellation or reduction of coverage, except after 30 days prior written notice to Lessor, (v) name Lessor, Lessor's lender, and any other party with an insurable interest in the Premises as additional insureds by endorsement to policy, and (vi) shall be primary. Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor, as additional Rent, on demand, the full cost of the insurance policies referenced in 6 A) and 6 B) above as evidenced as insurance xxxxxxxx to Lessor which shall be included in the CAC. If Lessee does not occupy the entire Premises, the insurance premiums shall be allocated to the portion of the Premises occupied by Lessee on a pro-rata square footage or other equitable basis, as determined by Lessor. It is agreed that Lessee's obligation under this paragraph shall be prorated to the reflect the Commencement Date and the end of the Lease Term. Lessor and Lessee hereby waive any rights each may have against the other related to any loss or damage caused to Lessor or Lessee as the case may be, or to the Premises or its contents, and which may arise from any risk covered by fire and extended coverage insurance and those risks required to be covered under Lessee's personal property insurance. The parties shall provide that their respective insurance policies insuring the property or the personal property include a waiver of any right of subrogation which said insurance company may have against Lessor or Lessee, as the case may be.

  • Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.
