Schedule Date definition

Schedule Date means, with respect to each Schedule hereto delivered to and accepted by Administrative Agent on the Signing Date, Initial Funding Date and the date of a Mortgage Trigger Event, as required hereby, the date of such Schedule or, if not so dated, the date of delivery of such Schedule.

Schedule Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

Schedule Date means, as to any Equipment Schedule, the date of such Equipment Schedule as stated therein.

More Definitions of Schedule Date

Schedule Date is defined in Section 3.1(b) of the Agreement.

Schedule Date means the effective date of a particular product schedule executed hereunder. The Schedule Date for a product schedule will be the date such product schedule is signed if no Schedule Date is specifically set forth in the product schedule.
