Franchise Area. The incorporated area (entire existing territorial limits) of the LFA, and such additional areas as may be annexed or acquired.
Franchise Area. The territorial confines of the Town, and any areas added or annexed thereto during the Term of the Franchise, excluding therefrom any incorporated municipalities therein.
Franchise Area. Grantee shall provide Cable Service, as authorized under this Franchise, within the Franchise Area.
Franchise Area. The Franchise Area at present contains input points as detailed in Annexure - 1. In case the details provided in the Annexure-1 is different from the Joint Audit report, the conclusions of the Joint Audit report shall be final and Annexure-1 shall stand amended accordingly. Notwithstanding this Joint Audit Report, the Input Energy Rates quoted by the Distribution Franchisee with the Financial Proposal for the contract period shall remain unchanged.
Franchise Area. 3.3.1 The Franchise Area subject to this Agreement shall consist of the unincorporated county area subject to County’s jurisdiction within the boundaries of the County of San Xxxx Obispo described in Exhibit A and as shown on the Solid Waste Collection Permit from the Environmental Health Services Division of the San Xxxx Obispo County Health Agency.
Franchise Area. The entire present territorial limits of the County and any area annexed thereto during the term of the Franchise.
Franchise Area. The Franchise Area encompasses all unincorporated areas of Xxxxx County, Maryland and the Public Rights-of-Way therein.
Franchise Area. The entire existing territorial limits of the LFA, and such additional areas as may be annexed or acquired, but not including any portion of an incorporated village or city located wholly or partially within the territorial limits of the LFA.
Franchise Area. 18 The Franchise Area granted by this Franchise Agreement is the portion of the unincorporated 19 Riverside County defined in Exhibit B, "Franchise Area." 21 SECTION 5. SERVICES PROVIDED BY FRANCHISEE 22 23 A. General. 24 25 Franchisee shall provide the Collection and transportation of Solid Waste within the Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx 00 in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The specific manner in which these services shall be 27 provided is specified in Exhibit A. The Franchisee shall also, upon written request of the Director, 28 provide optional services in the Franchise Area in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit A, and 29 the rates set forth in Exhibit E. Minimum levels of Solid Waste service to be provided under this 30 Agreement are defined below, however, no residential or commercial or business customer shall be 31 refused service, if that party is willing to pay for such service and is current in payment. Disputes arising 32 over the terms on which a particular customer may be serviced because of remoteness of location, 33 difficulty of access, particular needs of the customer, etc. shall be decided in accordance with the 34 provisions of Section 16 (B) (2) related to "service complaints."
Franchise Area. The Franchise established hereby shall be for the use of those portions of the Public Property within the City that are currently served by Duke Energy Kentucky or that are included in the territory for which the Franchisee has been certified by the Public Service Commission of Kentucky pursuant to K.R.S. Chapter 278. For natural gas, the Franchise Area is the entire City of Xxxxxx. The electric services area map is attached as Exhibit 1.
