REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND DELIVERABLES. The Contractor is required to formally report progress once per year, through submission of a written Technical Report, and once by holding a formal Site Visit review to be attended by appropriate NIAID contract staff and program officials, and the External Advisory Committee of the Team. The Contractor is also required to submit Goals and Milestones Achievement Reports during the contract period at appropriate times. Distribution of written reports is listed in Article E.1.

REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND DELIVERABLES. The Contractor(s) shall submit to the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) 1) executive summaries, 2) technical progress reports, and 3) Standard Data Submission covering the work accomplished during each monthly reporting period. By the expiration date of any issued task order(s), the Contractor shall submit a comprehensive draft and revised Final Report. Reports shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to the COR, CO and any others they designate. One original hard copy shall be submitted to the CO. Any attachments to the e-mail report shall be submitted in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project or Microsoft PowerPoint or other file types compatible with the Microsoft Office suite of products. Specialized files can be submitted with prior discussion.
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND DELIVERABLES. The Technical Point of Contact listed in the individual Delivery Order and the Contracting Officer (KO) for this contract will approve all deliverables as specified in each individual Delivery Order.
