Written Reports. The Insurance Company will provide the Fund with such information as the Fund may reasonably request and will cooperate with and assist the Fund in the preparation or reports, if any, to be furnished to its Board of Directors concerning the Service Agreement and any fees or compensation paid or payable pursuant hereto, in addition to any other reports or filings that may be required by law.
Written Reports. The Company may request that project plans, progress reports and a final results report be provided by Contractor on a monthly basis. A final results report shall be due at the conclusion of the project and shall be submitted to the Company in a confidential written report at such time. The results report shall be in such form and setting forth such information and data as is reasonably requested by the Company.
Written Reports. The Design-Builder shall provide written reports to the Department on the progress of the entire Work at least monthly from Preconstruction Notice to Proceed until Final Completion of the Project. Such written report shall including the following elements:

Written Reports. The Department may conduct investigations of alleged misconduct by a member and require members to submit written reports regarding such alleged misconduct. A member’s failure or refusal to complete a report, after properly ordered to do so, may result in progressive discipline.
Written Reports. 3.5.1 At the conclusion of an assigned matter for which aid has been granted, the Lawyer will advise Legal Aid NSW of the outcome of the proceedings by completing and submitting the File Outcome form in Grants Online. Where any costs or monies have been recovered or any costs orders have been made in favour of or against the legally assisted person, the Lawyer will provide Legal Aid NSW with full details of the relevant orders.

Cowen agrees that, in each year during which this Agreement remains in effect, Cowen will prepare and furnish to the Company's Board of Directors, and the Board will review, at least quarterly, written reports, complying with the requirements of the Rule, that set out the amounts expended under this Agreement and the purposes for which those expenditures were made.
