Government Inspection of Facilities. The Government may visit/inspect the plant or plants of the Contractor, or of any Subcontractors, engaged in the performance of this contract. If any examination/test is made by the Government on the premises of the Contractor/Subcontractor, the Contractor and any subcontractors shall provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of the Government inspectors in the performance of their duties. All examinations and tests by the Government will be performed in such a manner as will not unduly delay work.

Government Inspection of Facilities. The Government TPOC, or other authorized Government representatives, may visit/inspect the plant or plants of the Contractor, or of any subcontractors, engaged in the performance of this contract. If any visit / inspection and/or examination / test are made by the Government, on the premises of the Contractor/ subcontractor, the Contractor and any subcontractors shall provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of the Government inspectors in the performance of their duties. All examinations and tests by the Government will be performed in such a manner as will not unduly delay work.
Government Inspection of Facilities. The Government, through any authorized representative, may visit/inspect the plant or plants of the Contractor(s) engaged in the performance of this contract. If the Government makes any examination/test on the Contractor’s premises, the Contractor shall provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of the Government inspectors in the performance of their duties. The Government will perform all examinations and tests in such a manner as will not unduly delay work in progress. The Government will conduct a quality audit of the Contractor’s facilities for compliance to ISO 9001: 2015 standards prior to award.

  • Inspection of Facilities In order to meet their respective obligations under this Agreement, any Party may view or inspect facilities owned by another Party. Provided that reasonable notice is given, a Party shall not unreasonably deny access to relevant facilities for viewing or inspection by the requesting Party.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association will be allowed to use school facilities for meetings upon request to and approval of the Superintendent. The Association will be allowed to use school equipment, including typewriters, computers, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay the cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.

  • Construction Phase - Administration of the Construction Contract 1.6.1 The Construction Phase shall commence with the acceptance of the Construction Manager’s Guaranteed Maximum Price (or acceptance of a partial Guaranteed Maximum Price for a stage or phase) and issuance of a Notice to Proceed with Construction Services and terminate sixty (60) days after Final Payment to the Contractor is made, or when all of Architect/Engineer’s services have been satisfactorily performed, whichever occurs later.

To achieve the objectives of the Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties may focus, as a means of cooperation and negotiations on concluding a bilateral agreement on forestry cooperation between the two Parties. Such collaboration will be as follows: (a) exchanges on science and technology as well as policies and laws relating the sustainable use of forest resources; (b) cooperation in training programs, internships, exchange of experts and projects advisory; (c) advice and technical assistance to public institutions and organizations of the Parties on sustainable use of forest resources and environmental protection; (d) facilitating forest policy dialogue and technical cooperation under the Network of Sustainable Forest Management and Forest Rehabilitation in Asia- Pacific Region, initiated at the 15th Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Meeting; (e) encouraging joint studies, working visits, exchange of experiences, among others; and (f) others activities mutually agreed.
