Monthly Technical Progress Reports Clause Samples
The "Monthly Technical Progress Reports" clause requires a party, typically a contractor or service provider, to submit regular written updates detailing the technical progress of a project or work assignment. Monthly Technical Progress Reports. On the fifteenth of each month for the previous calendar month, the Contractor shall submit six (6) copies of a Monthly Technical Progress Report, comprising five (5) copies to the Project Officer and one (1) copy to the Contracting Officer. Such reports shall include the following specific information:
a. A cover page that lists the contract number and title, the period of performance being reported, the contractor’s names and address, the author(s), and the date of submission;

Monthly Technical Progress Reports. A monthly report will not be required for the period when the final report is due. The Contractor shall submit one copy of the Monthly Progress Report electronically via e-mail. Any attachments to the e-mail report shall be submitted in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project or compatible versions. Such reports shall include the following specific information: The contract number and title, the period of performance being reported, the Contractor’s name and address, the author(s), and the date of submission;
Monthly Technical Progress Reports. On the fifteenth (15th) of each month the Contractor shall submit a report to the COR and the CO describing work accomplished in the previous calendar month. The format and type of Technical Progress Report and Executive Summary will be provided by the COR. Technical Progress Reports will include baseline and updated project timelines, milestones and summaries of product manufacturing, testing, and clinical evaluation. A Technical Progress Report will not be required for the period when the Final Report is due. The Contractor shall submit one copy of the Technical Progress Report electronically via e-mail to the COR, CO and the following email address: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Monthly Technical Progress Reports. The first reporting period consists of the first full month of performance plus any fractional part of the initial month. Thereafter, the reporting period will consist of each calendar month. The frequency of Technical Progress Reporting will be determined by the CO and COR during negotiations of the contract. The format and type of Technical Progress Report and Executive Summary will be provided by the COR. The Technical Progress Reports will summarize progress for the reporting period, such as: management and administrative updates, technical progress, issues, proposed work, manufacturing and supply chain management, and a summary of invoices. A Technical Progress Report will not be required for the period when the same month Annual Progress Reports or a Final Report are due. Emergent will submit one copy of the Technical Progress Report electronically via e-mail to the CO and COR.

Section II – The report shall detail, document, and summarize the results of work done during the period covered. This shall include the information listed below that is applicable for the performance period during the month being reported. Also to be included is a summary of work planned for the next reporting period.
1. Assessment of problems and recommendations related to scale up to full production capacity, including raw material procurement status;
2. Quality control testing and purity;
3. FDA inspections and consultation results or recommendations;
4. Storage and stability studies for expiration date results (real time and accelerated);
5. Security assessment, problems and recommendations;
6. Clinical trial study progress, results and final reports;
7. Progress and completed reports of effectiveness studies performed in animals that were designed with consultation from the USG and FDA/CBER.
8. Quality control potency assessment;
