Repair of Property. To the extent required under applicable laws, regulations and ordinances, no work of repair or improvement on or to the Property shall be undertaken until Mortgagor’s plans and specifications have been approved by all governmental and regulatory agencies having jurisdiction of the Property and such agencies shall have issued governmental approvals, licenses, permits, special use permits and zoning changes or variances as required by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.

Repair of Property. Homeowner may enter the premises at all reasonable times in order to inspect the property or make repairs.

Repair of Property. Any real property or personal property of the Town damaged or destroyed by reason of any activity undertaken by Franchisee or its employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors pursuant to this franchise agreement shall be promptly repaired or replaced by Franchisee, at Franchisee's expense, and restored to serviceable condition.
Repair of Property. Any property of the Town of Orchard Park or the Village of Orchard Park damaged or destroyed by reason of any activity undertaken pursuant to this Agreement shall be repaired or replaced, or Franchisee shall commence such repair or replacement, within 48 hours from the time Franchisee receives notice of the damage. All openings or obstructions in public ways will be protected by fencing or other protective devices at the sole expense of Franchisee. If requested by a private party holding an appropriate permit issued by the Town or Village, Franchisee will temporarily raise or lower its lines to enable the moving of any building or structure if expenses related thereto are paid by the requesting party. Franchisee will restore or commence to restore any damage to private property resulting from the installation and operation of its cable television system within thirty (30) days of notice from such property owner.
Repair of Property. The DBOM Contractor shall avoid damage to, and shall promptly repair or replace, all BWS Property and all private property damaged by any DBOM Contractor Person in connection with the performance of, or the failure to perform, the Contract Services. The repair and replacements shall restore the damaged property, to the maximum extent reasonably practicable, to its character and condition existing immediately prior to the damage. The costs incurred by DBOM Contractor in repairing or replacing any BWS Property and any private property damaged by any DBOM Contractor Person pursuant to this subsection shall be borne solely by the DBOM Contractor to the extent the damage was caused by the negligence of any DBOM Contractor Person or to the extent insurance proceeds are not available due to a failure of the DBOM Contractor to obtain or maintain any applicable policy of Required Insurance. To the extent that any such costs incurred pursuant to this subsection can be recovered from any insurer or from another third party (including any Subcontractor), the DBOM Contractor shall exercise all reasonable efforts to obtain recovery from the appropriate source and provide a credit to the BWS if recovery is obtained for return to the source of funding. Nothing in this subsection is intended to waive any rights of recovery under applicable policies of insurance.

Repair of Property. Landowner shall inspect the premises within forty-eight (48) hours of Guest’s departure date, to determine the condition of the cabin and property used by Guest. The Guest agrees to pay Landowner costs incurred for repairs or replacement of any damaged or missing property from its Deposit amount. If such repairs or property replacement exceeds the Deposit amount Landowner is hereby authorized to charge the balance from Guest’s credit card on file. Landowner shall provide Guest with an itemized statement of any charges at least two (2) days prior to charging Guest’s credit card.
