Protective Devices. Protective devices, wearing apparel, and other equipment necessary to protect employees from injury shall be provided by the County in accordance with practices now prevailing or as such practices may be improved from time to time by the County.
Protective Devices. 7.3.1 The Company’s Interconnection Facilities shall be connected to the JPS Grid or system by means of suitable switchgear and protective devices.
Protective Devices. The City shall provide headphone style hearing protection devices in sufficient numbers to equip an on duty crew. This shall include radio headphones as required. All protective devices shall be the property of the City.
Protective Devices. (a) As part of the Seller Interconnection Works, the Seller shall install protective relays in accordance with Schedule 3. The Seller shall maintain the settings of all relays in the Complex at the levels agreed by the Seller and the Purchaser, and the Seller shall not change such settings without the prior consent of the Purchaser.

Each Party shall provide the other Party, in advance, written notice of any changes to be made to the Project or to any facility on Utility’s grid that may affect the proper coordination of protective devices between the two systems. Developer shall not disable or otherwise change or modify any protective equipment in its Interconnection Facilities or change or modify the operation or settings thereof without first requesting and receiving the written approval of Utility, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. With reasonable notice to Developer, Utility may require Developer to modify or to expand the protective devices by means of which the Project is connected to Utility’s grid. In such event, Utility shall reimburse the Developer for the reasonable costs of such modification or expansion.
Protective Devices a. Loads connected to a service shall have sufficient protective devices, installed and maintained at the customer's expense, to prevent damage to equipment during routine conditions that may include sudden loss of voltage, sudden re-energization, opening of one or more phases, and voltage or current fluctuations or variations.
Protective Devices. 185. Protective devices which are used for medical reasons to ensure a patient's safety and comfort, to provide patient's stability during medical procedures, facilitate medical (non-psychiatric) treatment or safeguard health in the treatment of a health-related problem are exempt from the operation of the foregoing procedures governing the use of restraints. The following procedures for use of protective devices may never be used, however, as a substitute for those governing restraint or seclusion.
Protective Devices. The Power Station shall be operated with all of its protective apparatus in service whenever the facility is connected to or is operated in parallel with the NAPOCOR electric system. Any deviation for brief periods of emergency or maintenance shall only be by mutual agreement.
